1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the Sigma Club AMC 8 Online Mastery Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in our program.

2. Program Description

The Sigma Club AMC 8 Online Mastery Program is a 12-week online educational course designed to prepare students for the AMC 8 mathematics competition. The program includes:

• 36 hours of live online instruction
• Weekly homework assignments
• Monthly practice tests
• Recorded sessions for review
• Access to comprehensive problem banks
• Individual progress tracking
• Parent progress reports

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Registration

Registration is completed upon submission of the online registration form and receipt of payment. Enrollment is limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 Payment Terms

The program fee is $1,299 USD. Payment instructions will be provided within 24 hours of registration submission. Full payment is required before course access is granted.

3.3 Sibling Discount

A 50% discount is available for the second child from the same family. This discount applies automatically when multiple registrations are submitted from the same household.

4. Attendance and Participation

4.1 Class Schedule

Classes are held three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

4.2 Make-up Policy

All sessions are recorded and available for review. Students who miss a live session can access the recording within 24 hours.

4.3 Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during online sessions, including:

• Respectful communication with instructors and peers
• Active participation in class activities
• Completion of assigned homework
• Proper use of technology and platform features

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Student

• Before program start: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• Within first week: 75% refund
• Within first two weeks: 50% refund
• After two weeks: No refund available

5.2 Cancellation by Sigma Club

Sigma Club reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Technology Requirements

Students must have access to:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Computer or tablet with camera and microphone
• Updated web browser
• Quiet learning environment

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, problem sets, and teaching methods, are the intellectual property of Sigma Club. Students may not:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials
• Record or screenshot live sessions
• Use materials for commercial purposes

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Student information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sigma Club's liability is limited to the amount paid for the program. We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues beyond our control
• Student's inability to access technology
• Individual student performance outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Modifications to Terms

Sigma Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
